WHISKY A GO GO, FRENCH PERHAPS?

Me suis réveillé en manquant mes bons vieux jours rocknroll...Perhaps because it's the 4th of July an American holiday....or maybe...it's French? Hmmm, Lets see. Well the place that forged the rocknroll scene of the 60's and home to Jim Morrison's Band the Doors, Actually started in my old neighborhood (the Gold Coast) in Chicago. However since I'm not your typical American and don't believe their hype....I discovered the origin is actually French. It owes its name to the first discothèque, the Whisky à Go-Go, established in Paris in 1947 by Paul Pacine .

Could it be that American isn't independent at all? And independent of what? Culture perhaps....Je Ne Suis Pas Votre Américain Typique Je Suis Né Français
